Like An Autoclave Within An Autoclave
Sterilize Different
SteriCUBE® stops the insanity of sterilizing the same way
and hoping for different results
SteriCUBEs are validated for smaller lumens than any other technology on the market (0.7mm x 500mm)1
Like An Autoclave Within An Autoclave
Dense saturated steam is evenly dispersed throughout the SteriCUBE. This is due to the four cross-ventilation filters. Additionally, SteriCUBEs feature a funnel floor to rapidly evacuate steam and condensate during the autoclave dry cycle.

Title
Our Cross-Ventilation Filters
With our cross-ventilation filters, SteriCUBE behaves like an autoclave within an autoclave, dispersing dense saturated steam evenly throughout the cabinet.1
SteriCUBEs
(Feature a Funnel Floor)
SteriCUBEs Feature a Funnel Floor
Unlike traditional flat-bottom sterilization cases, SteriCUBEs feature a funnel floor to rapidly evacuate steam and condensate during the autoclave dry cycle. This results in much shorter drying times than blue wrapped trays and rigid containers. For example, a sterilizer cycle typically has a 30 minute dry time (heat/vacuum to remove steam). SteriCUBEs are validated for a 5-minute dry time instead of the standard 30 minutes. However, the IFU of whatever is being sterilized must be followed.
vs.
Rigid Containers
(Flat-Bottom Condensate)
Rigid Containers Are All Wet
Traditional rigid sterilization containers are faster than blue wrap but often lead to “wet loads” or “wet packs” in 78% of facilities.2 While dorsal filters on rigid containers allow steam infiltration, they often hinder condensate evacuation from the flat bottom of the containers.3 SteriCUBE addresses these issues, ensuring effective steam distribution and rapid drying for consistently reliable results.
Be Cool
Faster Cooling Times After Sterilization
SteriCUBE requires approximately 45 minutes to cool down
Blue wrapped trays require approximately 2 hours to cool down
Depending on the ambient temperature, SteriCUBEs typically require approximately 45 minutes to cool after sterilization.
The surface area of a SteriCUBE expedites cooling, minimizing condensation concerns.
And, you don’t have to “crack” the door of the autoclave after a sterilization cycle.
SteriCUBE® Has Your Back
SteriCUBEs feature adjustable shelves to ease the loading of heavy trays.
SteriCUBEs Feature Adjustable Shelves to Ease the Loading of Heavy Trays
Orthopedic instrument trays can weigh as much as 25lbs.5 Sterile processing these trays and holding them in the OR can exert tremendous stress on the spine.6
This is one of the reasons SteriCUBEs were designed with adjustable shelves. SteriCUBE shelves support the far end of the heavy tray, allowing it to be slid-in and out, without straining your back.
